Detailed description of the works Idem described above get the authorisations to buy : My solicitor just received the title of a house pre 63 divided in 4 flats, but the rear does not seem to have planning permission, that is why it seems they did not have the health and safety I do need to get these authorisations if possible asap as this is to buy from a receiver
